New Trustee Ambassador, New to Blogging!

Deciding to be a Trustee Ambassador was one of the best additions to my schedule. I'm so glad Whitney talked me into it :) I've wanted to give tours since I visited Suffolk University my junior year in high school. You are constantly meeting new people and at the same time sharing with them something you love.

I gave my first tour by myself last week ::cringe:: It wasn't as bad as I thought. At first, I stumbled over my words about three times, but I became relaxed once we got moving. It is really all about my experience at Suffolk that prospective students want to hear about, not just statistics. They want to see if they can relate to me and if they see themselves walking around campus in less than a year.

This year is off to a very busy start. Between classes, being a Trustee Ambassador, homework, hosting at Mooo... Restaurant, writing for the Journal, being an ASB Leader (Alternative Spring Break) and planning the silent auction, time seems to fly by. I may complain once in a while, but deep down I love to be busy. If I were to just go to class and do nothing else umm, well let's just say I would be an expert on day time television.

I'm looking forward to the month of October : Apple Picking (YES!!), friends from home are coming in to stay with me, field trip to Salem, ASB Silent Auction (you all should come Oct 16th and 17th) and of course HALLOWEEN!

Cheers to all
